- Payment to be made via bank transfer or deposit to our CIMB bank account
- Payment must be received within 7 working days after the issuance of invoice. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of order.
Packaging
- We aim to use recycled and minimal packaging on our product whenever possible. This shall not interfere with the safety and functionality of your carrier.
Shipping
- All orders will be posted via PosLaju
- We are NOT responsible for items lost/damaged while in transit
- Flat-rate delivery of RM8 anywhere in Malaysia
- We would be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping rate to your destination.
Returns/Exchanges
- All items sold, are NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE
- However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the product with a similarly priced item
- Exchanges are acceptable within 7 days of purchase
- Returned items must be in its original condition. We reserve the rights to accept or refuse a refund or exchange of items based on the items' condition
- Customers wishing to exchange their product shall bear the shipping cost to return and receive a new item.
